School Uniform
We have high expectations of our children and school uniform is an obvious symbol that children share these expectations, and have pride in belonging to our school community. To make it easier for parents to buy our school uniform, we have chosen to use the Parents Online ordering service from Price & Buckland who have been our uniform provider for a number of years. You can order our school uniform by clicking on this link www.pbuniform-online.co.uk/paultonjunior
It’s really easy to set up an account. All you need to do is register and create your own username and password and then you are ready to order !
As a guide, most parents will find size 28 and size 30 fit most Year 3 children (allowing for a bit of growth in the summer). Size 32 is usually purchased by Year 5 parents.
If you do not have access to a computer, or have any problems ordering online please contact the school office.

ParentPay
Is the system we use to collect payments for meals, activities, trips, etc. and is a the way Parents can securely pay for school items online at a time convenient for them. You will shortly be receiving an activation letter to sign up to ParentPay. Please do not hesitate to contact if you are having any issues activating your account. It is really important that you activate this account.
School Dinners
Currently there are only hot dinners provided for pupils eligible for Free School meals, at PJS. Otherwise, all children require a packed lunch every day.
FREE SCHOOL MEALS
Did you know that if you are eligible for the following benefits you may be able to claim for Free School Meals.
- + Universal Credit (provided you have an annual net earned (after tax) income of no more than £7,400
- + Income Support
- + Income based Job Seekers Allowance
- + Income related Employment Support Allowance
- + Child Tax Credit (without any Working Tax Credit) and have an annual household income below £16,190
- + Guarantee Element of Pension Credit
Even if your child doesn’t want to eat a school dinner, by registering for Free School Meals you may also qualify for additional financial support towards other activities like school camp & trips.
If you would like to apply please contact Mrs Pratten or Mrs Green in the school office. They can deal with your claim immediately and can let you know within 48 hours if you qualify. All they need is your date of birth and your National Insurance number. All applications are dealt with in the strictest confidence
