The Very Merry Mile

The School Council organised The Very Merry Mile fun run to fundraise for the playscape. All staff and children wore their Christmas themed clothes and accessories as they enjoyed running around the track at least 5 times. 

On Friday 6th December we all took part in the ‘Very Merry Mile’ to raise money for our Forest School renovation work. The children had a wonderful time completing laps of the track dressed up in Christmas jumpers and tinsel headbands. They completed activities including; the ‘elf hoopla’, ‘chimney hop’ and ‘puddings and pies’, as they’ve paced around track. There was plenty of festive cheer and smiles throughout the morning.    A huge thank you to our School Council members for preparing activities and making this such a fun festive event and to you all for your support in raising sponsorship money for this event.
